Prior to HireMinds, Mr. Hayes spent 5 years at Kforce.com (formerly Source Services), serving in multiple Sr. Management roles including Managing Director of the New York practice. Previously, he spent several years at IBM working to implement multi-media technology in the classroom. Mr. Hayes is currently on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Interactive Media Council (MIMC) and a member of the Board of Advisors of Boston Interactive Media Association (BIMA).
